Initiatives will tackle social and economic issues, demonstrating “excellence, breadth and relevance of social science”
The Economic and Social Research Council has announced a £49 million investment in six new research centres aimed at tackling “critical” social and economic issues.
Set to launch in January 2022, the centres will address challenges in a range of areas, including trade policy, social care and policing.
