Science minister reportedly expected to announce underwrite for UK applicants to EU R&D programmes
UPDATE 29/11: Successful UK applicants for grants from Horizon Europe will be guaranteed funding regardless of the outcome of the country’s troubled efforts to join the European Union’s €95.5 billion (£80.5bn) R&D programme, the government has confirmed.
