Bristol pro-vice-chancellor will replace Fiona Watt, whose term ends next year
The Medical Research Council has appointed John Iredale as its new interim executive chair, to replace Fiona Watt when she leaves at the end of her term next year.
The announcement comes as the funder grapples with the fallout from a bullying investigation involving its current leader, whose departure was planned before recent revelations over her conduct towards staff.
