Funder’s board minutes reveal Innovate UK expected some centres to be “repurposed”

The UK’s innovation agency, Innovate UK, considered repurposing “underperforming” Catapult centres, it has emerged.

According to the latest available minutes from a UK Research and Innovation board meeting, which took place in 11 November 2020, there was an expectation that the government’s upcoming Catapult review would lead to changes to the network of innovation centres.
