OfS demands ‘clear information’ for students amid lockdowns

Regulator tells institutions to spell out what students can expect during Covid-19

England’s higher education regulator has told universities they must provide “clarity” for students as more than a thousand learners remain stuck in isolation at several halls of residence.

Office for Students chief executive Nicola Dandridge reminded universities of their duty to “provide students with as much clarity as possible on what they can expect” from their autumn term in a statement on 28 September.
