Universities UK wants union to help “urgently progress” negotiations
Universities UK has issued a plea to the University and College Union, asking it to back vice-chancellors’ efforts to reform the Universities Superannuation Scheme.
UUK, which represents employers in negotiations about the USS, has proposed changes that it believes are necessary to stabilise the beleaguered pension scheme.
