Universities have been given extra guidance on how to protect themselves from cybersecurity threats amid a spike in the number of cyberattacks on education institutions.
The higher education IT firm Jisc has published a series of questions designed to help universities assess the strength of their cybersecurity, including whether there is a plan in place “to deal with the most likely cyber events or disasters” and the business impact of a loss of all digital infrastructure.
