Report finds fewer institutions putting more money towards student exchanges or outbound trips
A vice-chancellors’ group has warned that a drop in budgets at more than a fifth of universities for student exchanges or learning abroad is “cause for concern”.
A survey by Universities UK International (UUKi) found that 22 per cent of respondents said their institution’s budget for student mobility was falling, a rise since 2018 when 8 per cent reported a budget decrease.
