Postgraduate satisfaction levels improve post pandemic

More than eight in 10 taught postgraduates now say they are happy with their course

Satisfaction levels among postgraduate taught students have bounced back after hitting record lows during the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2022 Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey has suggested.

Nearly 80,000 taught postgraduate students from 91 higher education institutions took part in the 2022 survey, run by Advance HE. The results show that overall satisfaction is now at 82 per cent—up from 78 per cent last year and 79 per cent in 2020.
