David Behan will lead statutory review of England’s OfS regulator
The former head of the Care Quality Commission, David Behan, has been asked to lead an independent review of the Office for Students.
The terms of reference for the OfS review were published on 14 December, and cover the regulator’s efficacy, efficiency, governance and accountability. It is expected to conclude in early summer 2024.
