Peace is breaking out in the disputes that the University and College Union has been engaged in with university employers. A pay offer from the Universities and Colleges Employers Association, previously rejected by the union, will now be put to the membership, while the strike over the Universities Superannuation Scheme is on pause as talks between the union, USS and Universities UK over the pension fund continue.
