National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration explores 11 ways of trying to mitigate climate change

Members of the public are being asked to review a series of strategies for mitigating climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions that have been proposed by the United States’ atmosphere monitoring and research agency.

Publishing a paper outlining 11 carbon dioxide removal (CDR) techniques on 1 December, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said it was inviting the public to read, review and evaluate its proposals for slowing climate change through carbon capture.
