Los Alamos National Laboratory to undergo government review

The iconic R&D lab will see its first comprehensive review in 14 years

The US Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration has announced plans to conduct a sitewide review of the Los Alamos National Laboratory for the first time in 14 years.

The comprehensive review will look at the environmental impact of the New Mexico-based lab (pictured), as well as evaluate its operations, programmes, technology and infrastructure to determine necessary improvements or changes.
