What lies ahead in the negotiations over Horizon Europe?

Today, the coffin of the late Queen Elizabeth II will be transferred to the Palace of Westminster, where it will lie in state. Culture secretary and former further and higher education minister Michelle Donelan has suggested that mourners may have to wait up to 35 hours to pay their respects.

Yesterday, King Charles attended a memorial service for the late Queen at St Anne’s Cathedral in Belfast. He also met new Northern Ireland secretary Chris Heaton-Harris and senior politicians from the province at Hillsborough Castle.
