Industry-focused research and training hubs awarded A$47m

Australian Research Council funding programmes back 10 new centres

The latest Australian Research Council funding rounds have backed industrial training and research, supporting four research hubs and six high-technology training centres.

The results of the two funding rounds, totalling A$47 million, were announced on 13 July. The ARC says the training centres will bring in an additional A$57m in contributions from universities and industry, while the hubs will bring in an extra A$56m.
