Australian researchers emphasise the need for better climate data and modelling

A group of Australian researchers has said that even reduced greenhouse gas emissions will lead to a doubling of global risk from climate-related issues.

In a study published in the journal Nature Climate Change on 30 September, a team from the University of Queensland and the Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations in France found that higher emissions could quadruple the risk.
