In depth: Sylvie Retailleau, the minister for higher education and research, has announced the government’s plan to create a €275 million fund for universities to help them cope with rising energy costs. The fund—part of a planned €12 billion package to tackle the energy price crisis—will also distribute money to student welfare body Crous to help students pay their bills.
