House of innovation hoped to increase research exchange with Silicon Valley
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) will open the German House of Science and Innovation centre in San Francisco in April, it has announced.
The aim of the initiative is to intensify the exchange between German universities and companies with the “extremely dynamic economy” of the west coast of the United States and the top universities there, the DAAD said. The office will also work closely with other US-based German institutions.
