‘First informal exploratory talks’ were held this week, Commission says
The European Commission has announced it has held its “first informal exploratory talks” with Morocco on the country’s potential association to the EU’s 2021-27 R&D programme, Horizon Europe.
According to the Commission, the talk took place on 10 March after Morocco formally expressed an interest in association, which enables the broadest possible participation in Horizon Europe for non-EU countries.
