Organisations are being asked to submit bids to support the EU’s research and innovation-based ‘mission’ on oceans, seas and waters.
With funding from the bloc’s Horizon Europe R&I programme, the mission to “restore our ocean and waters by 2030” is intended to protect and maintain marine ecosystems, in response to challenges such as pollution and biodiversity loss.
