National leaders resolve budget row that threatened to delay Horizon Europe R&D programme
Update: Relief as EU budget deal averts R&D funding delay
Heads of EU member states have reached an agreement that will enable them to sign off the 2021-27 EU budget framework, paving the way for programmes including the Horizon Europe R&D programme and Erasmus+ academic exchange programme to start on time in January 2021.
