Government-backed New Zealand fund issues guidance for 2023 round
New Zealand’s Endeavour Fund has banned recipients from collaborations that may aid Russia’s war on Ukraine.
In a notice issued on 22 July, the country’s largest contestable research fund said the ban would begin with its 2023 investment round.
