Alzheimer’s Society responds to health secretary’s promise of 10-year plan for dementia

The charity Alzheimer’s Society has called for “tangible action” over “ambitious words” in response to the health secretary Sajid Javid’s announcement of a 10-year plan for dementia.

The “bold” new plan, announced on 17 May, will focus on “how new medicines and emerging science and technology can be harnessed to improve outcomes for dementia patients across the country”.
