Kwasi Kwarteng unveils Growth Plan, including “new sources of capital investment”
Newly appointed chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng has announced a £500 million fund aimed at attracting billions of additional pounds into UK science and technology scale-ups.
Setting out his Growth Plan for the new government on 23 September, Kwarteng said the UK needed “new sources of capital investment”.
