Safety net for successful UK applicants extended to cover calls ending by 31 December

The UK government has extended its safety net guarantee for researchers applying for Horizon Europe funding.

UK association to the EU’s €95.5 billion (£82.5bn) R&D programme has been held up due to an ongoing political dispute over the Northern Ireland protocol. This means UK researchers are ineligible to receive any funding that they win from the EU.
