Proposals to restrict graduate visa route could hit universities hard

UK universities have rounded on the Home Office following reports that it is considering a crackdown on international graduate visas.

Reports on 25 January suggested that home secretary Suella Braverman was considering a plan to slash the amount of time that international graduates can remain in the UK on a graduate visa from two years to six months.
