Universities get more time to apply for student exchange funding, as Wales announces alternative programme
Universities have an extra seven days to apply to the £110 million Turing student exchange scheme after the government pushed back the deadline.
Applications for funding through the UK-wide replacement for the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme will be accepted until 16 April. In an update on 26 March, the government said the deadline had been extended from 9 April “in response to feedback received from the higher education community”.
