How US scientists are trying to continue partnerships with colleagues in Russia
At a government level, US scientific collaboration with Russia has increasingly been put on ice since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
The White House’s Office of Science and Technology Policy announced in June that it would “wind down” its scientific and technical collaboration with Russian government-affiliated researchers and research institutions because of the invasion.
